Banmuseet i Ängelholm, inrymt i de gamla lokstallarna, helrenoverat och tillbyggt.
Banverkets new railmuseum at Banskolan in Engelholm.

In Banverkets railmuseum we show how the Swedish railroads was buildt, and how the railroadtechnic has developed. The museum, who is part placed in a hundred year old engine shed, shows among a lot of things, a 300 year old railway carriage from a mine in Bergslagen, a model railway, an inspection carriage manufactored in 1866, trolleys, beacons, phones and a lot of small and big equipment from the railway history.

The museum is organized that everybody could find interesting things, from children to advanced technicians. It´s a lot of technic, but you can also see how navvys, linemen and stationpersonnel worked and how the trains have developed from carriages drawn by horses to X2000.
